Sildenafil is a medication used to treat Erectile Dysfunction (ED). It belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. PDE 5 Inhibitors work by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis in response to sexual stimulation and allowing more blood to flow into the penis and help with getting and maintaining an erection. Sildenafil will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.

Tadalafil is a medication used to treat Erectile Dysfunction (ED). It belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. PDE 5 Inhibitors work by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis in response to sexual stimulation and allowing more blood to flow into the penis and helps with getting and maintaining an erection. Tadalafil will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.



What is Vardenafil?

Vardenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps to produce and maintain an erection. It inhibits the action of the enzyme PDE5, which normally breaks down a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, vardenafil allows cGMP to remain active, promoting relaxation of the blood vessels and smooth muscle in the penis, leading to increased blood flow and an erection.

  • Our medical team will review your treatment. If approved, we will send your order out in discreet non-branded packaging usually the same working day if ordered before 5pm

We offer a selection of delivery options including Click and Collect for you to choose between. We use either Royal Mail or our own in-house delivery company, eShop Delivery.
